For the Wrap:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or pita wraps
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 20–30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, harissa paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Spread 1–2 tablespoons of the spicy lemon garlic yogurt sauce on each tortilla or pita. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, sliced chicken, and optional feta.
  5. Serve: Fold the sides and roll tightly into wraps. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
