For the Chicken:

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the Spicy Lemon Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp harissa paste (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Wrap:
- 4 large flour tortillas or pita wraps
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 20–30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, harissa paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread 1–2 tablespoons of the spicy lemon garlic yogurt sauce on each tortilla or pita. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, sliced chicken, and optional feta.
- Serve: Fold the sides and roll tightly into wraps. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
