- 1/2 cup olives (Kalamata or green)

- 1/2 cup tzatziki
- 4 pita breads, warmed
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley and dill for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken cubes and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Grill the Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, until fully cooked and charred.
