For the Grilled Lamb

For the Wraps
- 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the Lamb – In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the sliced lamb and toss well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes for better flavor.
- Grill the Lamb – Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated lamb and cook for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and cooked through.

- Warm the Wraps – Heat the pita breads in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and warm.
