- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Vegetables:
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for vegetables)
Other Ingredients:
- 4 flatbreads
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- For Garlic Hot Honey Feta Cream:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Roast Vegetables: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15–20 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Cook Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with spices, salt, and pepper. Stir in tomato paste and lemon juice.
- Prepare Feta Cream: Blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, hot honey, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth.
- Assemble: Warm flatbreads. Spread garlic hot honey feta cream, top with ground beef, roasted vegetables, and mozzarella. Bake for 3–5 minutes to melt cheese.
- Serve: Enjoy warm.
