  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Vegetables:

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for vegetables)

Other Ingredients:

  • 4 flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • For Garlic Hot Honey Feta Cream:
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Roast Vegetables: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15–20 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with spices, salt, and pepper. Stir in tomato paste and lemon juice.
  3. Prepare Feta Cream: Blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, hot honey, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Assemble: Warm flatbreads. Spread garlic hot honey feta cream, top with ground beef, roasted vegetables, and mozzarella. Bake for 3–5 minutes to melt cheese.
  5. Serve: Enjoy warm.
