For the Tzatziki Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Ground Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook onion until softened, then add garlic. Add ground chicken, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Hot Honey Feta Cream: Mix feta, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
- Tzatziki Drizzle: Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Assembly: Warm pita breads, spread hot honey feta cream, top with cooked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint. Drizzle with tzatziki. Serve.
