  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Tzatziki Drizzle:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Ground Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook onion until softened, then add garlic. Add ground chicken, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  2. Hot Honey Feta Cream: Mix feta, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Tzatziki Drizzle: Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assembly: Warm pita breads, spread hot honey feta cream, top with cooked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint. Drizzle with tzatziki. Serve.
