  • 4 flatbreads or naan

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 12 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add onion, cook until softened. Add garlic, then ground beef and spices. Cook until browned.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Hot Honey Feta Cream: Mix feta, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until creamy.
  3. Assemble the Flatbreads: Warm flatbreads, spread cream, top with beef, pickled onions, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, and mint.
