- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano

- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1/2 cup pickled red onions
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
For the Garlic Hot Honey Feta Cream:
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1–2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add onion, cook until softened. Add garlic, then ground beef and spices. Cook until browned.
- Prepare the Garlic Hot Honey Feta Cream: Mix feta, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until creamy.
- Assemble the Flatbreads: Warm flatbreads, spread cream, top with beef, pickled onions, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, and mint.
- Serve: Enjoy the flatbreads immediately.
