- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Crispy Chicken: Create a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Transfer to paper towels.
- Make the Hot Honey Feta: Mix feta, honey, hot sauce, olive oil, and chili flakes until slightly creamy.
- Create the Garlic Yogurt Drizzle: Whisk together Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and water until smooth and drizzleable.
- Assemble the Flatbreads: Warm flatbreads until soft and slightly toasted. Spread garlic yogurt drizzle over the flatbreads. Add crispy chicken strips, spoon hot honey feta over the chicken, and top with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
