- Salt to taste

- 4 tortilla wraps or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Season chicken strips: Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dredge in coating: Coat each strip in flour, then egg, and finally in breadcrumbs mixed with feta.
- Fry the chicken: Fry in oil until golden brown and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Prepare hot honey: Warm honey with chili flakes and cayenne in a saucepan.
- Make yogurt drizzle: Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Assemble the wrap: Layer wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and crispy chicken.
- Add toppings: Drizzle hot honey over the chicken, then top with the yogurt sauce.
- Roll and serve: Roll tightly, slice if desired, and serve immediately.
