- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
For the Hot Honey
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Dill Garlic Yogurt Drizzle
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
For the Wrap
- 4 tortilla wraps or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Season chicken strips: Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dredge in coating: Dredge each strip in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with crumbled feta.
- Fry the chicken: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry chicken until golden brown and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Prepare hot honey: In a small saucepan, warm honey with chili flakes and cayenne until slightly infused.
- Make yogurt drizzle: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt to make the drizzle.
- Assemble the wrap: Warm the wraps and layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and crispy chicken.
- Add sauces: Drizzle hot honey over the chicken, then finish with dill garlic yogurt sauce.
