- Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the cooled limoncello syrup and arrange in a single layer in a 9×9-inch dish or individual serving glasses.
- Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
