For the Garlic Hot Honey Feta Sauce
- 4 oz feta cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1–2 teaspoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt
For the Wrap Assembly
- 4 large flatbreads or pita wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: olives or pickled onions
Instructions
- For the Ground Lamb: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook onion and garlic, add ground lamb, spices, tomato paste, and water. Simmer.
- For the Garlic Hot Honey Feta Sauce: Combine feta, yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until creamy.
- Wrap Assembly: Warm flatbreads, spread sauce, add lamb, veggies, and herbs. Fold tightly and serve.
