For the Board:

  • 2 balls burrata cheese
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts

For the Drizzle:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Fresh basil or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill: Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: Toss zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the vegetables: Grill vegetables for 3–5 minutes per side until tender and slightly charred.
