- 1/4 cup artichoke hearts
For the Drizzle & Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon za’atar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional Add-Ons
- Stuffed grape leaves
- Grilled halloumi
- Fresh herbs (parsley, mint)
Instructions
- Warm the pita breads: Heat the pita breads and cut them into wedges.
- Spread hummus: Spread the hummus onto a large serving board or plate.
- Arrange ingredients: Place burrata in the center or slightly off-center and arrange tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion, roasted peppers, and artichokes around the hummus and burrata.
- Prepare drizzle: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, and balsamic glaze. Drizzle over the burrata and hummus.
- Season and garnish: Sprinkle za’atar, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper on top. Add optional items like stuffed grape leaves or grilled halloumi if desired. Garnish with fresh herbs.
