  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

Board:

  • 2 balls burrata cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup marinated olives
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves

Drizzle:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
  • Pinch of black pepper

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Grilled vegetables (zucchini, eggplant)
  • Hummus or whipped feta
  • Toasted nuts (pine nuts or walnuts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Brush pita breads with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and salt, then warm in the oven for 5–7 minutes until lightly crisp.
  2. Prepare Board: Place burrata cheese balls in the center of a large serving board. Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber, roasted red peppers, olives, red onion, and artichoke hearts around the burrata.
  3. Add Pita: Add warm pita slices to the board.
  4. Make Drizzle: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, balsamic glaze, and black pepper. Drizzle the mixture over the burrata and vegetables.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately as a fresh and shareable Mediterranean-style board.
