Pita:
- 2–3 pita breads

Board:
- 2 balls burrata cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup marinated olives
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup artichoke hearts (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves
Drizzle:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
- Pinch of black pepper
Optional Add-Ons:
- Grilled vegetables (zucchini, eggplant)
- Hummus or whipped feta
- Toasted nuts (pine nuts or walnuts)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Brush pita breads with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and salt, then warm in the oven for 5–7 minutes until lightly crisp.
- Prepare Board: Place burrata cheese balls in the center of a large serving board. Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber, roasted red peppers, olives, red onion, and artichoke hearts around the burrata.
- Add Pita: Add warm pita slices to the board.
- Make Drizzle: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, balsamic glaze, and black pepper. Drizzle the mixture over the burrata and vegetables.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately as a fresh and shareable Mediterranean-style board.
