Whipped Feta Dip:

  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 23 tablespoons water
  • Pinch of salt
  • For the Grazing Board

    • 23 pita breads or flatbreads
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 cucumber, sliced
    • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 cup olives
    • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
    • 1/2 cup grilled or roasted vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, peppers)
    • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    • Fresh herbs (parsley, mint)
    • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare hummus by blending chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and water until smooth and creamy.
  2. Make tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, and salt until well combined.
  3. Prepare whipped feta by blending feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, water, and salt until smooth.
  4. Warm pita breads until soft and slightly toasted.
  5. Arrange dips in small bowls on a large serving board.
  6. Surround with pita, vegetables, olives, roasted veggies, and feta cheese.
