For the Ground Beef:
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Lemon Honey Feta Cream:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1–2 tsp water (to thin if needed)
For the Wrap:
- 4 large flour tortillas or pita wraps
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Prepare the Lemon Honey Feta Cream: Combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and garlic. Add water if needed for consistency.
- Warm the Wraps: Heat tortillas for easy folding.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread feta cream on wraps. Add veggies and seasoned beef.
- Wrap and Serve: Roll wraps tightly. Serve with extra feta cream.
