  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Lemon Honey Feta Cream:

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 12 tsp water (to thin if needed)

For the Wrap:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or pita wraps
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  2. Prepare the Lemon Honey Feta Cream: Combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and garlic. Add water if needed for consistency.
  3. Warm the Wraps: Heat tortillas for easy folding.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Spread feta cream on wraps. Add veggies and seasoned beef.
  5. Wrap and Serve: Roll wraps tightly. Serve with extra feta cream.
