For the Ground Beef:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Pitas:
- 4 pita breads
For the Veggies:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add ground beef, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking up the beef, until fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
- Prepare the Veggies: In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Pitas: Warm pita breads. Fill each pita with cooked ground beef and veggie mixture. Drizzle generously with sauce and serve.
