- 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
- 1/2 cup pickled red onions

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
For the Hot Honey Feta Cream:
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1–2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic, then ground chicken, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Prepare the Hot Honey Feta Cream: Mix feta, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
- Assemble the Pitas: Warm pita breads, spread with hot honey feta cream, top with cooked chicken, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, and mint.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately.
