For the Chicken:

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Creamy Lemon Honey Feta Sauce:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1–2 tsp water (to thin if needed)
For the Wrap:
- 4 large flour tortillas or pita wraps
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add ground chicken, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix feta, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and garlic. Add water if needed for consistency.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread sauce on tortillas. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, and cooked chicken.
- Wrap and Serve: Roll up the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
