For the Creamy Lemon Honey Feta Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 12 tsp water (to thin if needed)

For the Wrap:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or pita wraps
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add ground chicken, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned.
