For the Ground Beef
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons water
For the Garlic Hot Honey Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1–2 teaspoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt
For the Wrap Assembly
- 4 large flatbreads or pita wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: olives or pickled onions
Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook onion until softened, then add garlic.
- Cook Ground Beef: Brown ground beef, season with spices, add tomato paste and water, simmer.
- Prepare Yogurt Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until creamy.
- Assemble Wraps: Warm flatbreads, spread yogurt sauce, add beef, veggies, feta, parsley, olives/onions. Fold and serve.
