Mediterranean Ground Beef:

- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Spicy Garlic Honey Feta Cream:
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1–2 tablespoons honey
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Black pepper to taste
For Assembly:
- 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat, season with oregano, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in parsley.
- Prepare the Spicy Garlic Honey Feta Cream: Blend feta, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper until smooth.
- Assemble the Wraps: Warm pita breads, spread feta cream, add ground beef, top with veggies, and garnish with parsley. Fold and serve.
